This guide helped me make the best ribs I have ever had in my life, that dry rub is great, especially when you slather BBQ sauce on at the end and crank up the heat like the recipe suggests. They came out perfectly tender and slid right off the bone. Could not be any happier with how they turned out, thank you for making this guide.

I really wanted to make him ribs but 107° is way to hot for me to grill or use the oven, so this was a great option. They came out perfect!! Everyone loved them. Thank you so much!
